A CC Sabathia signed baseball and other items will be available at a live auction. Registration for ride starts at 8:30 a.m. The event is $20. --Saturday, Sept. 13, Heather's Fight Fundraiser - 11 a.m. to midnight, Fairwater Civic Center, Highway 44 and County Trunk E. Benefits the Heather Shanahan Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Fund. Heather needs a life-saving stem cell transplant. Fundraising efforts include a wiffle ball tournament, a volleyball tournament, petting zoo, face painting, bounce castle, raffles, auctions and live music by Road Trip band at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5.
